I had been on an off and on again diet for 15 years. I was at the peak of my weight 2 years ago and then decided to make an important choice to stop dieting and start living a healthy lifestyle. At 40 years old, I am 37 lbs lighter and feeling fabulous! I am walking my weight down to a healthier one and eating so much better. I have learned so much self control and to really commit to this lifestyle.
